Seems everything is taking time these days. AOS was sent on 6th but nothing so far from NVC. very frustrating. I feel that the reason for delay is due to the new i864 as NVC couldn't review it so now they have huge pile of these files to clear before they touch ours.

I mailed mine on June 6 and they recieved it on June 10th :( I know it is so hard to be patience especially knowing possibility of getting RFE!! Arghh!!

AOS sent this morning. $35 and one minor panic attack later and it should arrive by 10:30am on Monday. Still haven't heard anything back about husband's DS-3032. It was sent last Monday from England. Hope it gets there soon ClockWatch2.gif

Cover letters for the AOS aren't overly important, are they? I had made one but accidentally attached a different document twice instead of the cv, so when I went to mail it, I didn't have it to include. Everything else is there in a very neat and tidy folder, so I'm sure it's okay, but it's giving me a slight bit of anxiety.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

Case complete as of yesterday per the operator ....Alhamdulilah (Thank you Allah)..........Now just waiting for the CC email...then it is onto waiting for an interview date...Nairobi embassy ...give me an august interview...(Please Allah make this happen In shaa Allah)......Good luck to everyone on their journey and thanks to Saylin and everyone that helps in this forum.

I just called NVC to check the status of my AOS and IV packages. The IV package is reviewed and accepted. But they found an error on my I864EZ form. The operator said that I would receive a checklist next Monday or Tuesday.

Ah! Don't worry...hang in there...once they send u the checklist...correct the error and send it right back...I hope u get a case complete by the end of next week..Good luck and keep us updated on your journey.

I just couldn't think of any errors on my I864 EZ form. There is my signature, all the numbers are matched up with my tax transcript, my income level matches my employment letter, and I've attached my tax transcript for 2010-2012 tax years (three years), pay stubs and bank statements for the most recent three months. I am so worried and can't wait to see the checklist...sad.png
