Got an email that the petition has finished processing through NVC and they are waiting for an appointment to be scheduled with the embassy. happy.png

Grats on the case complete!

so after a couple of days in desperation because NVC said we weere put in AP...turns out there was no AP...so i resent the DS3032 with supervisor review and got this reply the same day

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: ............ filed by ............... on behalf of ...........

This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, principal applicant, and/or attorney of record will receive an instruction package regarding further processing of this petition.

A cpl hors later we got the AOS invoice email and choice of adress and agent.

Is the reply abobe an acceptance email to the ds3032? or shoud i resend it? the invoice also immediately showed up on the payment portal.

Thank You smile.png

Yes, that looks like an acceptance email to me, congrats.

can someone tell me if i am missing something in the AOS package:

- cover sheet from payment portal

- Cover letter

- I-864ez form

- last 3 years tax returns(transcripts form IRS) + w2 forms+1040 forms+letter of employment( proof for current income)+pay stubs for last 3 months(only have the last 3 months)

- Employment letter of petitioner (optional, but good proof of CURRENT income)

and last question do we need to write case# on each of these docs? if yes where to write it.

thanks.

Like another member explained, you don't need to include tax returns if you're submitting transcripts. The whole point of transcripts is to cut down on what's being sent. So, just send the three years of transcripts. The only reason you'd need to include W2s is if you filed jointly in the past and need to show just your income from the transcript.

And yes, I highly recommend writing the case number on the top right of all pages (except the cover sheet and cover letter).

Medical is done ! smile.png

Quick question Saylin! How much evidence is enough evidence? For example pictures, how many should i send? and is the Proof pf employment letter for my co sponsor crucial??

I don't know how difficult it is in your country. The best bet is to bring as much as you can. Select a few photos from each set, as well as everything else. If you want ideas, here's an amazing thread (read all the way to the end, not just the first post): http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/284203-evidences-of-bona-fide-marriage-relationship/

Hi all,

Does anybody else has problems printing the cover sheet from the payment portal? I paid the AOS fee on Monday, it got deducted from my account on Tuesday, but it still shows "in process" as of today. When I click on "Print document cover sheet" a new window opens, but it is just blank. I am using IE and I tried it from different computers. Do I have to wait for it to show "Paid", before I can print the cover sheet? I have my AOS package ready to send, but need to have the bar-coded cover sheet from the paymen portal.

Also, when I logged into the payment portal on Monday, both the AOS and IV fees were showing. However, when I selected to pay both, a red box showed up, informing that I can only pay one at a time. So, I selected to pay the AOS fee first, but now the "Invoice" tab at the top of the page is shaded out and I can only select "Sign In" or "Receipt". I assume this will change once the AOS shows "Paid", but just curious if anybody else has the same problem?

Thanks!

Do you have a printer connected to your computer? Have you tried printing from another computer? The bar-coded cover sheet is available as soon as you pay (so you don't need to wait until it says 'PAID' before printing), so it's some kind of error on your end.

Guys, how long does it take for NVC to accept form 3032. My wife emailed them the choice of agent and its been more than a week and still not response. How do i know its been accepted.

. I think send supervisory review. I send twice on the 7th day that I send my form 3032. The next day I got email from NVC that they accepted my choice of agent,Theres nothing wrong to try for 2nd sending of document. Just put supervisor review. 2nd time sending of choice of Address and Agents

Guys, have any of you submitted only the original civil documents " in the official language of the country in which application for a visa is being made" without translating them into English?

Here it says those do not need to be translated,

http://travel.state..../info_3195.html

but I just wanted to see if that really works.

Thanks

Thanks, Saylin. I've just called the NVC and they confirmed that they see the same error of blank cover letter sheet for AOS payment and inability to pay iV fee (although it has been invoiced). The operator said that already a few people reported this problem and she would have a supervisour look into this.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon...

Congrats! I have a quick question. I would like to understand what a false checklist mean, and when its generated. In your case, could it mean that they have reviewed your IV package, and have given you a checklist for the 864W? This is because i am confused by your comment because if they havent reviewed your IV package yet, why would they give you a checklist for 864W?

Happy Friday!

Thanks.

Can anyone tell me the NVC process after submitting all documents? I saw that NVC only gives out interview dates towards the end and beginning of the month. The consulate where my husband will go for interview is Johannesburg and the fees were paid back in March 2013. I got my NOA2 in Feb 2013. Our plan was to file earlier but things happen. I haven't seen many South Africa filers on this thread and I know each consulate is different. Is there a website that explains the process? My documents were sent to NVC yesterday. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance

at this point i feel somewhat embarased to be asking another question...but ...

we got the AOS fee email and the email containing the DS3032 on Thursday 06.13 , and the AOS invoice shows up on the portal. We'll pay it on monday.

But here's the rub :

i resent the DS3032 email with supervisor review like 10 hours before we got invoiced and we got the reply to it just 2 hours before AOS mail . The reply was generic :

" This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, principal applicant, and/or attorney of record will receive an instruction package regarding further processing of this petition." It does not say anything about accepting the choice of agent .

So my question is : is the IV bill going to get invoiced regardless in the next few days or do we have to pay the AOS first or what ? If i call on Monday will they be able to tell me wether the ds3032 got accepted or there's a need to resend it?

Thanks in advance :)
