I tell you when you hear NOA2 you think nothing better. But Case Complete will make you weep. And interview date will make you go OMG So much to do. hehe Wlcome to the crazy bunch.

You are exactly correct, what a roller coaster of emotions this process is. Now I will begin research on what happens for us next, I'm sure that I will find all that info somewhere on here.

Have a great weekend, I know that I will!!

can someone tell me if i am missing something in the AOS package:

- cover sheet from payment portal

- Cover letter

- I-864ez form

- last 3 years tax returns(transcripts form IRS) + w2 forms+1040 forms+letter of employment( proof for current income)+pay stubs for last 3 months(only have the last 3 months)

- Employment letter of petitioner (optional, but good proof of CURRENT income)

and last question do we need to write case# on each of these docs? if yes where to write it.

thanks.

Write the case number on the upper right-hand corner. If you are sending the tax transcripts, you don't need to send the w2 & 1040 forms. but if you are sending copies of the returns you do.

You should call NVC again to see what their system says and let them know it was taken from your bank. They may have you email copies of the receipt and bank withdrawal.

Mine took more than 10 days.. I end up sending email with supervisor attention.. I would give it two weeks before sending another email..

You will get an email from NVC that choice of agent is approved.

We paid our AOS fee on June 12. Hopefully, we can see "Paid" today or on Monday. In this weekend, we would like to prepare the whole package of I-864. Can we still use this form?

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864.pdf

Thank you so much.

I think they are having problem with their system.. I paid IV fee same day.. I call NVC yesterday and they said you can still mail it... You do not have to wait as far as money was withdrawn from your account.. Your link for i 864 is for new form. You can use the new form.

OK thank you, then no need to send w2,1040 copies for 2010 and 2011 just transcripts from the IRS ,and for 2012 transcript+w2+1040 is that right?

Naturalization:

06/15/2016-- N-400 sent.

06/17/2016-- N-400 received.

06/23/2016-- NOA received in mail.

If you have the transcripts from 2010, 2011, and 2012, then there is no need for any w2's or 1040's as it is all seen on the transcripts. But they will like to see the paystubs and employment letter you mentioned. Hope that makes sense
