Hello I recieved a checklist in AOS now from NVC They acquiring has to send new edition. Because we have some information to be answer.

Nvc checklist General Instructions

[x] This form must be completed by typewriter or black ink.

[x] You will need to complete and submit the new form completely filled out (all pages required), which includes

the changes noted below. Submitting single pages of the form with the correction is not acceptable. USCIS recently updated Form I-864. Therefore, you must ensure you complete and submit the new edition of the form (03/22/13 edition) available on U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services' website: http://www.uscis.gov/i-864.

Part 5 Sponsor's Household Size

[x] The number entered in line 21g does not equal the number of people listed in Part 24b who have submitted

Form I-864A.

[x] The number entered in Part 21h does not equal the sum of the numbers in lines 21a through 21g.

Part 6 Sponsor's Income and Employment

The information about "Income you are using from any other person who was counted in your household" has not been appropriately completed.

______'s name and income should be added to the I-864 under "Income you are using from any other person who was counted in your household".

The amount entered in the Total Household Income line does not equal the sum of the amounts entered in the preceding lines.. this the informartion in my checklist. now calling NVC about it.

I call the DOS everyday. And they keep saying we are in AP.

When I called the Embassy last a week ago I was told we should have a positive issue in 3 days. I believe the FPU is done with all their fraud checks and have no forwarded it back to the Consulate Officer. I just can't stand waiting any longer and I am afraid I may do something that may affect the case in a negative way.

What are we to do? Just wait? But for how long?

I doubt you going there would affect anything. Like I said before, I'm not sure you'd even be allowed in without an appointment.

The only thing you can do is wait, and keep contacting DOS and the embassy for updates.

just finish talking to NVC. the guy told me need to send the AOS checklisted information and when submmiting. We need to used now the new form we cant send in partial now submmiting now requiring us to used the new form of affidavit of support. Saylin I had question My fathers husbands submmited a I-864A. unfortunately my husbands mistake he never add his income to his income in the affidavit of support. And we not add him the number of household mean the person I-864 A must be included in the household. In his father recent tax his father household size is only 2. Thats includes his father and his mother. that a little confused to us. the household member we will add its only his father or we need to include his mom too. or only his father because he is the co sponsoring us. which my husband need to put 3 then on the household size. thank you

I paid IV bill yesterday and it was showing "in process" and I just checked it and now its showing as "not paid", WTH?! Has this ever happen to anybody? What should I do? Should I pay it again?

I paid IV bill yesterday and it was showing "in process" and I just checked it and now its showing as "not paid", WTH?! Has this ever happen to anybody? What should I do? Should I pay it again?

. I saw on this thread a vj put wrong bank account no. from processing to not paid . just check your bank account if there is a deducted amount for thay bill. ?

Me too, I remember seeing that thread too, which is why when I had made the payment I quadruple checked if the account number and routing number where correct and they were, and I called my bank and they said that nothing was pending on their side. I called NVC and the lady told me to wait 3-5 business days to see if anything was deducted from my bank account. This sucks!!! Ughh!! Idk what to do?? The weird thing is that when I was submitting the the payment, the website had signed me out and it happened out of no where, so I'm not sure if it went through but when I had signed back in I was able to print receipt and coversheet, sooo idk what to do!!

Just got off the phone with the NVC.....CASE COMPLETE! I am sooooo happy! Now we wait for our interview!!

Me too, I remember seeing that thread too, which is why when I had made the payment I quadruple checked if the account number and routing number where correct and they were, and I called my bank and they said that nothing was pending on their side. I called NVC and the lady told me to wait 3-5 business days to see if anything was deducted from my bank account. This sucks!!! Ughh!! Idk what to do?? The weird thing is that when I was submitting the the payment, the website had signed me out and it happened out of no where, so I'm not sure if it went through but when I had signed back in I was able to print receipt and coversheet, sooo idk what to do!!

Same thing happened to us because we first used a prepaid account. You need to use either a regular checking or savings account... I don't know whether it is the issue, just a thought...

re check on the bank how much it was deducted. Check your last transaction
