The same thing happend to me and a few others. I paid my AOS bill since Monday and it still shows "In Process." NVC said once the payment has been taken from your bank account, u can mail the package to them. I mailed my AOS and IV packages to them last night.

What is the address you mailed IV package?

Did you print anything from payment portal?

Yup. I paid both in the last 2 days. $88 and $230. (the i130 costs $420 but you obviously already paid that)

This address can be found on the document cover sheet at the payment portal. Please don’t forget to include that cover sheet with your documents. That was the only thing i printed from the payment portal.

Finally, my documents were submitted to NVC today. This is so draining and time consuming. My patience has never been tested this much. smile.png ...Wish everyone the best. May additional steps happen this month.
