You're signing into the payment portal and not the online forms portal, right? And you're using IE, right?

I used firefox and it didnt work. I need to use IE. On top, I dont have USD chequing account. So, I just sent the message to my husband to log in with IE and pay from his chequing account after his overtime or tomorrow.

Thank you so much, Saylin. I always read through your links and thank you so much for all your infos. And VJ members as well for all the suggestions.

You can still log on using IE to see if the AOS bill has been posted. Then, if it has, tell the petitioner to log in and pay. Or, get the details from him (account/routing number and all), then you can pay it on his behalf.

im sending my I-864 pack off tomorrow. currently i have the 'old' form filled should i fill and send the new one which is now available on the websitE or stick with the old one?

I'd suggest the older one since NVC seems to be having issues with the newer one.

Saylin a data point for you...

10 June 2013 - Case Complete .

I only learn of it today, on calling in to NVC. I was flabbergasted, flummoxed even, as I thought (for certain) that there would be some delay because of the PCC being issued in 2006. I did write a nice letter about it, asking that this one part be waived and YanYan will show a current one on interview day, though - so maybe my nice letter worked. I can only think that's the thing that worked, really, a nice letter included with the IV set.

I did call twice today, just in case was some data error, and both Polly and Lilly tell me the case completed yesterday. Got further confirmation from Supervisor Octavio, as well.

Yay! Still no email about it yet - was told (from Polly) these things take time to generate.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

And yeah, I'm assuming that nice letter did the trick as that's a very old PCC laughing.gif

hmm if we send tomorrow and it doesnt get checked next week and it does the week after it will have passed june 23... safer to send new one?

If you want to send a new one, that's fine. But be warned, since they couldn't review the new form for a few weeks, they're going to be backlogged for quite a bit, and I expect your AOS package with the new form won't be reviewed until at least July, possibly even August.
