one month more waiting AOS will be approve, this is taking to long for case complete and NVC stil dont know how review this form, hope get good news this week crying.gif

Sept 13, 2013 ~ Did the DS 260 online...another 30 business day review ..Ugghhhhh...was told we didn't need to do this, but now we do mad.gif

Oct 2, 2013 ~ CASE COMPLETE AND INTERVIEW DATE OF NOV. 20th!! WAHOOOOO!

Nov 20, 2013 ~ VISA APROVADA!!

Nov 26, 2013 ~ Picked Up Visa in Santo Domingo at Domex

Nov 27, 2013 ~ POE Atlanta....Then flew to Illinois....Picked my Hubby up at the Airport!!!

Hi all!

I'm here as well.

Waiting for a response to my expedite request due to NVC error suggested by a supervisor.

We'll see what happens. I got a response today that the request was received and is being processed.

Crossing my fingers to hear something good next week!

05/17/2013 - Received email that proof of foreign income was located and AOS routed for review

05/29/2013 - Supervisor review of AOS complete, determined documents still missing, sent AOS checklist overnight

05/30/2013 - AOS checklist response delivered, informed that IV packet supervisor review did not occur and was no longer pending, spoke with supervisor who is going to check on the situation and acknowledged seeing original marriage certificate, recommended I write supervisor Sue for expedite, expedite email sent - claiming NVC error

05/31/2013 - Received email that expedite request is processing

06/03/2013 - Expedite approved

06/04/2013 - Case sent to embassy Santiago, Chile YAYYY!!!!!

Saylin, have you ever heard of the FPU (Fraud Prevention Unit)? I believe all US Embassy's have them.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

yes, they almost committed fraud themselves when they told me wife she admitted to being convicted of a crime. You should see the email they wrote her.

to make a long story short, as a manager she fired someone so this person tried to take her to court about 10 different times and the Prosecutor would not allow it to go to court every time. so this person contacted the US Embassy and lied about my wife with nothing to back up what she said. this cost us 6 Months and 2 thousand dollars to show that my Wife's Police Certificate is accurate. (No Criminal Record)

there just doing there job you may say. Tell that to the Boston bombing victims.

Checking in here for June! NVC finally received our case after just about 90days from date on NOA2, Case number has been assigned, DS3032 emailed, expedite request submitted due to error from USCIS of sending case to wrong location. Crossing our fingers for an approval on that!

Also hoping for AOS to be invoiced so AOS is received before June 23! Anyone here have Previous edition of I864?? 09/19/11 edition

checking in for june thread, I already have a bump start its been a week and a day since I got my case number and IIN and which I think a double rejected ds3032, sooo very confused and lost and stressed, I have both packages ready AOS and IV ready to which I worked on to get together for 2 months, called nvc twice was told to either 20 business days or 4 to 6 months yikess by a tier2 that was completely rude AND YELLED AT ME!!!!!!! how nice of her...and was told im NOT ALLOWED TO DO ANYTHING OR SEND ANYTHING TILL THEY SAY SO.... im sorry you guys if im bringing drama to the thread already but ive been having the past 2 most misreable days dealing with nvc and the nvc ppl, if anybody can help what should I do at this point?? please I need the help saylin post is a great help and so as others on here that helped me, but I need help understanding the nvc themselves, what am I doing niw, what am I waiting.for what should I do especially with a double rejected ds3032??? aaaa help meeeeee.. lol thank you so much in advance for any advice you guys will be willing.to provide me with. will be truely appreciated.

12/08/2012:NOA1 received

04/18/2013: RFE received

04/22/2013:RFE SENT

05/06/2013: nvc received
