Hi Micky,

How do u know if your AOS and IV package is in the building ? Just curious becoz I sent mine early this week and I checked my tracking # and they are both in the building but am waiting this week...then I will start to call them next week to see if any case completes or checklist. Hoping and praying for no checklist. Please God help us all. Keep me updated about your case because I think y and dubai guy are sort of at the same timeline with the AOS and IV packages. Good luck and talk to u soon!

I know because of my tracking # the operator said is not going to see anything until it start review. Hopefully no check list just case complete.

dont be scared l just Requesting NVC to make my case complete and let me just bring the police clearance to US embassy but it was not approved. I will just wait my police clearance till June 25 apparantly send it back in Nvc, once I got it. depends on the country how long getting a police clearance in the Philippines. You can get it anytime but 7days getting National in Singapore you need tp wait the letter from the requesting before you can get and takes 3 weeks to get it so mean to wait to have a case complete

sorry to hear that I know how you want your case to be completed. I talk to a operator today he said for my country I don't need one.

Ok, I am about to send the AOS package in the morning. I've been with my employer for over 7.5years, and have the list of paychecks all the way back to 2009 or 2010 included in the packet. That list also shows when my next pay-raise should be and the length of employment. I also included paystubs since February of this year (redundant, I guess). I've asked my employer for a letter of employment, but they state that they can not give that to me as they have the computer-based site (where I got my employment history from) for employment verification and they are a huge corporation, so they don't do things like that. Should I just send what I have and hope they accept that? I'm hoping if they don't, I can bring the RFE to work as proof they need it so maybe they would break the rules this one time..... headbonk.gif

I just want to be sure that the US Embassy in Singapore receives my case file. I thought the tracking stuff is universal and everybody on this forum does it, isn't it ? sleep.png

Or is it supposed to be for people who wait for the interview to be assigned by the US Embassy in the foreign countries instead ? sleep.png

I am a bit paranoid, as you all can see sad.pngblush.png

EDIT: Thanks for the advice about DOS, I guess I will try calling them this Friday then :). Just want to be sure I guess :).

What tracking are you talking about? I don't understand, what do we track? I am so naive, forgive me.

You should be fine with that. An employment letter isn't necessary. Your pay stubs should be good enough for proof of current income.

Yes send the DS-3032 again and put in Supervisor review as it says in Syalin's post 1 or 2. I had to send mine 3 times and it i got rejected twice but got approved the third time around. But wait, did u get a rejection email from them after u sent the first one, becoz I got rejected emails and that was why I sent another one.

I didn't get the rejection email from NVC. But it has been 11 days since I sent...

I want to send another one with Supervisor review in the subject line.

Thanks for the answer.

I have a question to ask: My wife's PD is Sep 08, 2011 and we have not completed our case yet. But my friend of mine is gonna co-sponsor her. And I have been with my wife for 8 months now. Can I wait till my wife gets her visa so that we go together? Would the consular make any problems to her for my stay in my coutry? I also have a reentry permit. What would you guys suggest?

Thanks for the answer.

we originally sent ours 05/23/2013 and never received a response. So we re-sent with "supervisor Review" added to the subject line 6/4/13 after we paid the AOS fee and received the acceptance email on 06/05/13. I would re-send.

We could not access the payment portal for 1.5 days starting this past Monday. We received a flood of e-mails and then the payment portal was accessible and AOS was ready to be paid. With the error message coming up for you, that is a good sign that they are invoicing it. Just hang-in there.
