Goodness where are the Case Completes for June. It's the 4th and not one case Complete yet. Come on NVC.

The payment portal is going to be updated on Saturday the 8th. I am hoping their systems are being updated for the new AOS forms too and maybe the cause of the delay in case completes for June.

I wanted to updated everyone about my situation… just received a call from congressman's office and was told they don't 've any record of my approval from nbc... I guess my situation has gone from bad to worse.....congressional office ve told me they will investigate on this matter... I hope no one have to go through this. Good luck to everyone!!!

Yes, all applicants at NVC need to submit a police certificate. Please read NVC's site on instructions about this.

Sorry to hear your situation. Did you contact senator? try to push from all the avenue you have. I hope you get this done soon.

My case was approved but apparently they don't seem to know what happen to my case. I have yet to hear from senator. Just hoping that I will hear something soon. A advice to everyone KEEP ALL YOUR PAPERWORK!!

I think so too.. hopefully by that time NVC could already start reviewing our AOS packets w/ the new version..Just waiting patiently for case completion..

The DS-3032 acceptance was received today. It also stated they received payment already for AOS!! I'll be at the post office first thing in the morning!

Yup. Expect now to wait up to 2 weeks whilst the casefile is taken out of the review section and bundled up to go out to the IV unit, and the IV unit receive it.

Once the IV unit receives it, you can continue on with Immigrant Visa Processing.

How to find out? Call the DoS Hotline (# in my profile, at the bottom), get a human, ask for casefile status, and when you hear 'casefile opened' then the IV unit is ready to continue your immigrant visa processing.

saylin I check the link and for Haiti is unavailable to make sure I called NVC the ope said I don't need one. Thanks to the Lord because my AOS and IV package is in the building.

dont be scared l just Requesting NVC to make my case complete and let me just bring the police clearance to US embassy but it was not approved. I will just wait my police clearance till June 25 apparantly send it back in Nvc, once I got it. depends on the country how long getting a police clearance in the Philippines. You can get it anytime but 7days getting National in Singapore you need tp wait the letter from the requesting before you can get and takes 3 weeks to get it so mean to wait to have a case complete

Hi Micky,

How do u know if your AOS and IV package is in the building ? Just curious becoz I sent mine early this week and I checked my tracking # and they are both in the building but am waiting this week...then I will start to call them next week to see if any case completes or checklist. Hoping and praying for no checklist. Please God help us all. Keep me updated about your case because I think you and dubai guy are sort of at the same timeline with the AOS and IV packages.
