as for how I got to the director.. that is top secret for now.. but I was able to figure it all out with the help of VJ member's posts .. lots of reading through threads, but you do that too.. can't believe he actually had his cell phone number there too LOL

I have some questions about this. I got my interview schedule sent to me by email on June 3rd. I tried your tracking method with EXP 03 JUN 2013A but nothing showed up inbound for Singapore. Should I be worried ?

Normally, how do you know when and whether your case is forwarded to the US Embassy or not ? How long did it take for you guys ?

You need to call NVC to find out when (or if) your case is sent out. Please re-read what you quoted. I said it's TYPICALLY sent out the next day. You still need to confirm with NVC if you're going to use the tracking.

Sorry just realized just now that I need to try the EXP 04 JUN 2013A instead . I guess I will try again tomorrow. If that doesn't work, I will wait a few more days before calling them.

why are you trying to track the casefile into Singapura ?

DoS Hotline knows all, at this point, and from this point forward, and you already have an interview scheduled.

Are you chasing after an earlier interview ?

I mail a request about my singapore police Clearance NVc just email me to send it in NVC please see nvc email. just send email on the 4th of June 20134 and recieved email 11 noon singapore time A letter was sent to the agent of choice or attorney of record indicating the Immigrant Visa Application and/or civil document requirements for this case are incomplete. Please submit the requested Immigrant Visa Application(s) and/or civil documents, as indicated on the checklist. The requested information must be submitted to the NVC for this file to continue processing.

Finally, I get some update for my case after calling NVC today.

I get my case number/Invoice number at 5/24/2013.

DS-3032 email was send at 5/25/2013. (Haven't get the response yet)

I can login into the online system from 5/24/2013, but the AOS bill didn't show up.

6/3/2013 I tried to login into online payment system, but fail. Website asked me to contact NVC.

6/4/2013 Call NVC to check when can I pay AOS bill, since it has been a while after getting case number and Invoice number. NVC guy said it is a little bit longer than normal process time and ask me to wait for the instruction.

One hour later, I received one email from NVC.

1st email: case number (PAOSF I-130 FOR NEOPOST DS-1200)

Then, I can access online payment system and can see the AOS bill. Paid it right away.

A few minutes later, receive another email from NVC.

2nd email: case number (ACL FOR NEOPOST DS-1200)

For the 1st email, it is basically the instruction for me(petitioner).

2nd email, it is the instruction for my wife.

I am thinking to ask my wife to resend the DS-3032 again with modified subject lines. (supervisor review...)

I am trying to submit both AOS and IV package together since I need some time to get the 2012 tax document ready. I did the tax extension for 2012 and realized some people in this forum get the request for 2012 tax return. So I think it would be better to submit 2012 tax return to avoid RFE.

Is it ok to send the DS-3032 again? or any suggestion for me to speed up the NVC process?

I just want to be sure that the US Embassy in Singapore receives my case file. I thought the tracking stuff is universal and everybody on this forum does it, isn't it ?

Or is it supposed to be for people who wait for the interview to be assigned by the US Embassy in the foreign countries instead ?

I am a bit paranoid, as you all can see

EDIT: Thanks for the advice about DOS, I guess I will try calling them this Friday then . Just want to be sure I guess .

soo i called the NVC yesterday and they tell me hat my DS-230 was approved but they said that i didn't send the pics so i asked for a supervisor and the agent hung up on me so i called back spoke to someone else who got me a sup and i explain to her that the pics were in the package my wife sent so she said she will ask for the file but all this time she was arguing with me that in the NVC website stays that we have to right the case number and the beneficiary name on the back of the photo so i asked to go to to the website and tell me where in the website it said that and of course sh couldn't tell me so now she said she will ask for he file to review it her self what should i do should i just send the pics again or should i wait and see if they have them

Yes send the DS-3032 again and put in Supervisor review as it says in Syalin's post 1 or 2. I had to send mine 3 times and it i got rejected twice but got approved the third time around. But wait, did u get a rejection email from them after u sent the first one, becoz I got rejected emails and that was why I sent another one.
