Well I spoke to tier-2 today, yes after waiting for an hour, and wanted to know where exactly my file is? service center or field office? He initially said it didn't matter where it is but insisted I wanted to know. He more or less started to interview me by asking the following questions;

What is your full name and date of birth

fiance full name and date of birth

Has my fiancee ever been to the US

How did we meet and when was the last time we saw each other

After answering all the questions, he put me on hold for about ten minutes. He came back and told me that my case is now in TSC and they will contact me when decision is made or when they need more information.

Because of this information from the officer, I have updated my service center from VSC to TSC.

I posted the same reply in the length thread about the VSC transfers...

In case there is still any confusion about where our cases were sent, I have this to offer. Several weeks ago I submitted a request for expedited processing. Today I received a letter of denial of that request from the Acting Center Director of the VSC. At the end of the letter, the following information was printed:

"Your petition or application was transferred to Texas Service Center on May 23, 2013."

So I think its safe to say that our cases were indeed transferred to the TSC.

Added us, Dec 20th 2012, Seems like we're in Texas. I hope there are some approvals next week... That would make me feel sOOOOO much better. Can't believe California is on February, I remember being so happy that my petition went to Vermont back when California was a disaster. Expect answer to service request June 13th... going to be a long 13 days!

I thought the same thing too at first, though my Fiancee told me she was very disappointed when she heard we were there. Apparently on the forums she reads, they talk about how CSC is good and VSC is bad. Though you never know what will happen. There are probably people applying now and happy to get CSC, but in 5 months will it be the same? Just a luck of the draw.

NoA 1: 12/17/2012

Transfered to: Unknown right now

Service center: VSC (I think so but who know where my application is)

I received the message (actually severals msg both email and text). I've tried to call USCIS several times on different days since i received the first "transferred" email on May 24th 2013. I spoke to tier 2 and was told to call them back in 1 - 2 weeks. This was on yesterday (05/29). However, I didn't get the information as to current location of my application. I really hope that we all get approval within 1-2 weeks.

I have update our info

NOA1 Jan 17 2013, All three transfer messages on May 24,29,30.

I hope and pray they are not at local offices and are at the service centers. Everything I have researched suggest if at local offices then it could delay our approvals because something is wrong and they need to do interview or request for more information because something doesn't look right. But there was so many people that got the transfer messages that I'm starting to believe we were moved to another service center to speed the process up.

Fingers crossed! Good luck everyone! Positive Thoughts!
