That's right I've given us a name, The Scattered Crew of VSC. It was suggested that we post our NoA1 dates, and give our crew kind of a list to go off of when the NoA2s start to roll out. So I'll go first.

NoA 1: 01/18/2012

Transfered to: Unknown right now

Like many other's I've received the Triple Treat Confusion messages from USCIS, but where it sits I do not know at this moment.

Created a Google Docs spreadsheet for us to collate all the information! Last 3 columns will calculate themselves when we have our NOA2 dates. Hope we all get approved soon!

NoA1-- December 19th, 2012

Transferred to... who knows??

Received all 3 weird messages.

We met when Heather travelled to Egypt to be an au pair!

Our K1 Visa Journey:

12/19/12- NOA1 -VSC

--- moved to "another office" 5/24/13

--- moved to "local office" 5/29/13

--- "is now being processed at a USCIS office" 5/30/13 ... what??

5/30/13- Transfer to TSC

6/18/13- NOA2

7/16/13- NVC Assigned Case #

7/29/13- Case Arrived at Embassy

7/31/13- Packet 3 Received (completed and sent back in 5 days)

1/16/14- Interview Assigned

1/21/14- Interview

2/03/14- Visa Issued!!

4/09/14- Entry into America (JFK)

4/23/14- MARRIED in local courthouse

4/29/14- AoS packet completed and mailed

5/02/14- NoA for AoS received

5/09/14- Biometrics Appointment Notice Received

6/04/14- Biometrics Appointment

7/30/14- EAD/AP Combo Card Received in Mail

the other post said that a woman went to her local office today and they confirmed to her that her case was in Texas...and that she should hear something back within 2 weeks or so.

Possibly good news...im still not sure if all the cases went to Texas. Just confused at this point.

Just to clarify, the 2 weeks time is for her to here back from the service request she put in today at her local office...

Added us, Dec 20th 2012, Seems like we're in Texas. I hope there are some approvals next week... That would make me feel sOOOOO much better. Can't believe California is on February, I remember being so happy that my petition went to Vermont back when California was a disaster. Expect answer to service request June 13th... going to be a long 13 days!
