K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Thanks everyone for the congrats. I also thank you all for helping me. Its great to have a support group that you can come to. I will not disappear after he gets here.

I think as long as we are married to our spouses we will continue to need support and advise from time to time.

I just wanted to up date you all, we still don't have the visa in hand. :-( I dont understand what is taking so long.

Kathy, Can you send them an e-mail and ask what is taking so long? I mean, do it politely, but let them know that you're trying to make travel plans but don't know how to if they haven't issued the visa yet. It might get your file pulled out of the bottom of someone's inbox, and even if they throw it back on the pile it will be at the top, not the bottom.

They're the ones that called saying it would be issued, so you have a good reason to inquire politely. Good Luck!

Sorry Morocco girl, I dont know who interview him, all I do know it was a woman.

Honey, I sent them an email yesterday so hopefully they will call him tomorrow.
