finally status changed to "Issued" after so many phone calls of following up.

12/16/2011 - Arrived In Philippines
12/23/2011 - Married In Philippines
01/05/2012 - Returned to HAWAII
USCIS
02/02/2012 - I-130 Sent (USPS)
02/05/2011 - Package arrived at chicago lockbox
02/06/2012 - NOA1
02/09/2012 - Received NOA1 797c form via usps
05/31/2012 - I-130 Approved (checked status online)
06/04/2012 - Received NOA2 hardcopy via usps
NVC
06/25/2012 - NVC received from USCIS
06/27/2012 - Received Case# & IID via phone
06/27/2012 - Emailed DS-3032 to NVC/automated response received
07/06/2012 - NVC rejected DS-3032 email, Called NVC (because my case has not yet been stored in their system)
07/08/2012 - Re-Emailed DS-3032 to NVC/automated response received (composed new E-mail)
07/09/2012 - Paid AOS bill online ($88)
07/11/2012 - AOS bill shows PAID

finally status changed to "Issued" after so many phone calls of following up.

... and none of the calls sped things up as the embassy won't move any faster. Until they are happy with the file it sits under AP.

I know there is a fee of $165 when receiving the visa , am i able to pay it online?

btw, the 2go website never updated with tracking information for my fiancee's passport.

The first we knew about it was when 2go phoned to say the passport would be with my fiancee in 4 hours time. She's in Cebu.

I think it was 3 business days after the status changed to issued.

2go delivers on Saturdays too apparently, so i guess you'll get it Friday or Saturday, but it depends where your fiancee lives - i can't remember if you mentioned that.

TRACK YOUR VISA/PASSPORT AT THE EMBASSY

State Dept. visa tracking: https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx? (not updated or as accurate as the USEM website)

Here is a link for requirements for receiving your passport with the visa, there are also options for tracking the status of your visa/passport is currently. You can also change delivery options.
