Why sad? It's good news! It means they're looking at your case, and as long as you send the correct response to the RFE back in a timely manner, you should get an approval pretty soon.

Actually means you're close to getting approved. Make sure to send what ever they need right away, and don't stress over it too much. Like ohhpartiv said, it means your case is moving on.

Look at the bright side, it means your case is close to completion. Its much better than wondering when they're going to ever pick up your petition. My wife and I had an RFE to, at first our reaction was like your's. But I used the opportunity to front load the petition at that point, and it made the interview process very simple and easy on my wife. Later, we were both very happy we got the RFE.

They usually put it in the mail within a day or so of that notification, so you should have the letter within 2 weeks or less.
