Are you still on hold or did the old form progress the siltation?

They recceived my AOS package yesterday so we shall see.

You submitted the i864ez or i864? If you submitted the i864ez can you post the old version?

I-864Ez. I am a pack rat so I had it saved on Box.Com. I can email it to you. Not sure if the VJ owners want old forms uploaded on here so as not to confuse others.

well, the problem (at the time) was submittal into NVC.

A K-1 visa chaser wouldn't be using this form with any DoS Office, right?

Sure, for AOS, but no CR-1 visa chaser goes through an adjustment of status, normally.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
