I-864Ez. I am a pack rat so I had it saved on Box.Com. I can email it to you. Not sure if the VJ owners want old forms uploaded on here so as not to confuse others.

its just funny, reps dont hve the same information they give. 2 that ive talked to said that they wont accept old forms, and the other 2 said just send it. lol

well, the problem (at the time) was submittal into NVC.

A K-1 visa chaser wouldn't be using this form with any DoS Office, right?

Sure, for AOS, but no CR-1 visa chaser goes through an adjustment of status, normally.
