The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Can some one please tell me what does this mean...

My 1st NOA was January 3rd 2013. I received the same 3 updates this week as many others. Yesterday I was told by a representative at USCIS that our approximate wait time is up to (depending on 1st NOA I assume) 88 days. Today when I entered my receipt # in the automated phone service, I was asked to wait 180 days before inquiring again. Wish we all had a little more info. After reading a bit here I understand that our transfers were sent to TSC, and not our local office. I want to be optimistic and think that approvals should roll out within 60 days? I certainly hope sooner. Im thankful for VJ, this has been harder than I ever expected waiting to be with my fiance again. God bless the folks here waiting for their loved ones.
