it just cost me $70 to send 5 sheets of paper. lol

Haven't been able to ship mine out yet...waiting for a paycheck here in a couple of days...too bad it's so expensive (it is for me anyways) - hate to be delayed because of that, but such is my reality!

Hey all, I hope you can help...I've decided to just use FEDEX and have them pick up the documents today (sometime in the next several hours)....however don't I need a FEDEX box ready to go?? I've never had a shipper pickup before...I don't have a custom box handy or anything...should I go buy one at the Post Office (across the street), will they shop with one of those (just cover logos, etc..)? Or will they bring a box possibly for me to throw the documents into it? Sorry to be such a shipping n00b, just never had to deal with having a pickup before, etc...

Just trying to get an IDEA on how much to expect to pay for this? I except the final package to weight about 3-4lb (lots of proofs!) I want to ship the documents FAST and RELIABLE and was wondering how much I can expect (roughly) to pay?

3-4 days is fine, I don't need express priority, etc...

anyone have a rough range that would probably be accurate? :-P

Thanks, but I'm going to avoid USPS, been told mail gets lost too often, and a give a shipped using them before to her took over a month to arrive (glad it did at all!)

gonna have FedEx pickup, but not sure how to arrange the box situation cause I have none, no FedEx boxes certainly...might have to arrange going to a FedEx store because of that, sort of in the middle of nowhere though.... :-(

An option that I see is for one place in Manila (comes up on their website) to ship and that worries me, I don't suppose anyone has actually shipped to this address before using UPS, have you?

SHIP CENTER INC. - BINONDO
411 JUAN LUNA STREET
BINONDO. MANILA
MANILA,1006
4800048

NEVERMIND about the address above, UPS could not verify that it would be received as it's not ac actual UPS location, it's some shipping company that I have to get permission to recieve the package, etc...not worth the risk in my opinion...I'm having FEDEX pick it up tomorrow instead and shipping it....somewhere in Manila I guess, hopefully I can figure out where to soon.

My USPS package arrived to San Fernando, Cebu in 4 days (via Las Vegas). 4 lb 5.40oz , $66.95. Plus tax at San Fernando P50. After reading all the bad reviews about USPS, I was nervous. I might email all copies next time and use FedEx for the rest...whew

Happy yours was fine! Yeah I didn't want to take the chance, so I went fedex, they picked up and it was delivered only 2 business days later, 1.2LB, for an estimated $99-$107 (haven't been charged yes so don't know how much exactly yet), it's at Fedex location now according to tracking, just waiting for the word that my Fiancee was able to pick it up!!

Yes, more expensive but more peace of mind. Good info for others wanting to send original docs.

Good luck...Vic
