Hi,

I don't know what I can write in line 2 on ds230 cuz my birth-certificate has my middle and first name and now i got married and i changed my name my passport is under my married name last ,first and middle name what i have to write in line 2

line 30 on ds 230

my husband he live only 3 month in india with me then he go back to USA and i go back live with my parents . What i have to write on line 30 .

Based on your timeline you already received your visa. Why inquire about DS-230 now?

Anyway:

Line 2: Your name before you got married maybe this is the name is in your birth certificate. (Assuming your petition was filed under your married last name).

Line 30: This is your application for VISA so information requested is about you not where/how long you lived with your husband. Any place in any country you have lived at least six months goes into this line; including any places you have lived within India.

Hope this makes sense.

thank you for your help . i changed my time line i used my sisiter account and she told me about visa journey and her husband got visa and now she said i can send my question to visa journey .
