The petitioners occasionally get interviewed at local offices. Atlanta is one of the slowest local offices. Your husband could make an infopass and see what is going on. If you don't see movement in the next few months I say get a congressperson involved.

yes it's still in progress the 1-130 cr-1 take about 8 to 12 months be patient I hope you did not pay a fee for the 1-129f. you only needed to file 1-130 if your already married. many years ago k-3 visa you can file both forms togather 1-130 and 1-129f that no longer used.now the 1-129f is for fiancé visa only if your not married yet

Someone can still try for the K3. But chances are pretty good it'll be closed at the NVC and the couple will have to continue with a CR1/IR1.

the only entity that has casefile status , at the moment, is the local office.

so tell yer spouse to get back in, on an infopass appointment, and inquire what's what.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
