We filed my K1 for myself and K2 for my two children in March 2013 all together, sending all the relevant forms

All well until I received an email on the 28th March 2013 stating that our cards are in production for myself and my daughter who is 19 yrs old.

However, when I checked the USCIS website for my son's I-765, it wasnt updated and I didnt received an email advising me that its has been approved - my son is 13 years old....and he also did his Biometrics with us on April 16th 2013.

Does anyone had this experience or know why this has happened. How will I be able to apply for a SSN # for my son..

Thanks VJC..

K-2s should be able to obtain their SSN after presenting either their I-765 EAD document, or their I-551 Permanent Resident Card (Green Card).

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
