Hi Everyone,

Since VJ was very helpful to our K1 Visa application and a lot of members shared their experienced through K1visa application. Can somebody help us regarding the D160 form?according to the us embassy website if you are applying for K1 visa you are excluded with the D160 form and prepare D156 & 157 instead. If K1 visa is excluded how can i make an interview appointment? I have the Manila case number, and visa fee was paid already. I was trying to make an appointment but the system was obliging me to fill up the D160. Thank you.

USEM is exempted from filling out DS-160, instead do DS-156, 156K, 157 and 230 (Part 1 only). Follow this link below for instructions

For setting an appointment go to this site https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/

Make a profile then from there you can schedule your appointment. It never asked me to fill up a DS160 and I have scheduled my appointment smoothly.

Hope it helps :)

As stated the K-1 does not complete the DS-160, with USEM everything is done online. There is a link in my signature below this will take you the complete K-1 process

Now that you have the MNL # its time to rock 'n' roll!!

Look down... click

(oh ya, pop over to the Philippines forum, lots of good information there)
