How long for NVC Letter

Hello everyone....

Im always had problem with Letter and Today i have some questions about NVC Letter again,

I would like to know How long does it take to get NVC Letter in hand ???

I never get Noa2 in snail mail but got only letter that confirm there had change address, and now i didnt get NVC Letter yet but i got email from them that said

I never received a letter from NVC, and it is one of the documents that is unnecessarily to have, the email should have your DOS Case number, and that will be needed if you want to check status of the case when it is in the hands of your consulate.

The NOA2 letter on the other hand is an important one to have for when you adjust status. Replacement of that document is $200. You may want to track it down.

I never received anything from NVC and our case is now at the Consulate in Rio now.
