Al your list looks very good and complete. I know your AOSing from a K1 so you should not need the signed letters from friends and family that you are a couple. When you file to lift conditions they ask for letters at the time you sumbit the I-751 as stated " be sure to have a minimum of 3 letters from friends".

Good luck and you should be fine with what evidence you have now.

The Affidavit must be done twice during the AOS? We send it in with the package and then we make another one to take to the interview?

When you file the K1 most consulates ask for the I-134 which is a non binding agreement. Once you marry and apply for AOS stateside you must submit the I-864 which is binding financially for 10 years or you get citizenship. Hope this explains it more to you.

I know that. My doubt was, I see we're supposed to send the I-864 with our AOS package, but I see putting it in their interview checklist. Do we need to do both? Or is that just a copy of the one sent in the package?

It should be a copy of the one submitted with the AOS packet.
