Who has sent the new form of the Affidavit (I-864) to the NVC

hello i just want to know if somebody else has sent the new affidavit form.......... I sent mine on may 7 and I still waiting that they tell me that my case is complete, I called today and the operator told me that they don't have yet the procedures to check the new form, he said that the are working with this, but I have 1week and 2 days listening the same thing..

If someone else called and have an updated please talk to me...thank you

NOA1: 03/29/2011

NOA2: 03/29/2013

NVC: 04/08/2013 uscis sent file to nvc

NVC: 04/16/2013 CASE NUMBER

NVC: 04/22/2013 sent DS-3032

NVC: 04/22/2013 pay $88 fee

NVC: 04/22/2013 accepted DS-3032

NVC: 04/23/2013 sent I-864

NVC: 04/23/2013 pay $230 fee

27-06-2013 - AOS invoiced

27-06-2013 - AOS paid

29-06-2013 - AOS sent

01-07-2013 - DS3032 approved

02-07-2013 - IV invoiced

02-07-2013 - IV paid

03-07-2013 - IV sent

24-07-2013 - AOS approved

29-07-2013 - IV approved

26-07-2013 - Case complete

25/07/2013: Medical Test

08/08/2013: Package sent to embassy
