Hi,

I have submitted 2 yr old photo while filing EDV form online,

NOw I am selected for 2014, and I dont know if they reject me due to that old foto or not?

i am applying for AOS from inside usa at Houston filed office (is that where i can do aos or not too, they dint response i called alot)

Do anyone has idea on it? please let me know...

I doubt they will- how would they know?

If your appearance changed drastically, they may request new photos after they see you at your bio/ interview appointment.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
