If they are asking for more provide more . Do not be discouraged and move on from this . Added time , but your still on the journey ! I plan to have phone records , pictures , email chats , letters , new letter of intent from both of us , letters from her friends about spending time with us on my original trip , and what ever else I can think of . More details about what exactly you submitted for relationship proof would be helpful to understand why they asked for more . We would be able to help you better .

Provide them with more relationship evidence! Until you do that, you cannot hope to be approved. Do it and you have a chance. Get on it and best of luck!

we met for once but we talk every day. i sent her money to prepare for wedding and bought dress and jewellry i have pictures with her and her family. i booked for wedding and we dont have missing documents all are available. she applied for toueist visa before but it was refused. they didnt understand that even if she got the tourist visa and came to us it would be impossible to get engaged without her parents and family that is how her parents think.

why would i waste my time and emotions for something not real :( why all the doubts ? i am just trying to establish a family

Are you saying you are claiming that you are not engaged ?

When filing for the K1 it is assumed you are engaged to be married within 90 days after arrival in the US.

I am not sure what you meant by what I bolded.

Did you interview in North or South ? Who did the interview ? I am curious.

If they want phone records then generate some daily calls this month and have her go and submit them. My fiance was refused a visa there also after 16 month in AP. We have to start over now. The case was returned to USCIS and CSC lets returned petitions expire and will not reaffirm them. It has been a 31/2 year journey for us. We are looking at another year at least. During our AP time and after I always emailed and asked questions and she usually answered them. I would suggest you email and ask if they would accept a certain time length of collected phone records starting this months. Give them whatever they are asking for.

We had 12# of communication records, phone logs, yahoo, skype, emails etc. We were not told that phone records only are accepted, we did not have Viber (in regards to your other post to me) at that time but used skype and yahoo. The CO was a female. She asked what made me collect all the communication records and did I just wake up one morning and started saving them and why.....I answered because my lawyer adviced me to do so. Her response was: oh ok.

When we submitted more later in person during the long AP, she said she had no time to read through that big stack of paper. Yet she said "Convince me."

I said "how ?" She said "I can't tell you that." She wanted me to read her mind to convince her we are bona fide and did everything we possibly could except make hand stands and catch flies with our rear ends !!!

It was all very bizzare. I heard she is no longer there to do interviews and another CO, a young man is doing interviews now. He is African American and said to be very nice, so therefore I am curious who interviewd you.

I don't know if they would accept Rynga phone records from you, they are cheaper. We have Rynga also and they show detailed name/number/time logs.

We also submitted a ring receit and took the rings with our names engraved for her to see, she looked at them for a while. We had many photos, also from the engagement party.

What are your red flags if any ? Do you have a wide age gap ? Is she a Cypriot or a student from another country studying there ?

How long after you met did you file ? How many times did you visit, how long did you stay ? Some CO's insist on several visits.

So far I have visited him 4 times and am planning to be present at the next interview whenever that will be.

I wish you the best !
