Application right before me received RFE and I filed another e-request and called again for inquiry ( this would be the third one ) and lady was so helpful, she was almost sorry for me and transferred to a tier 2 representative.. after 1 1/2 hour of wait.. I have this guy who doesn't even give a about anything. I explained that application is beyond processing times 6 1/2 months instead of 5 months. He just answered that everything within normal processing times - it usually takes 9 months! And yes you might still get RFE at this point. And all these applications were transferred to TSC and officers have to be trained and it takes about 45 days to start looking at applications!!! And yes officer is assigned to my case, but never touched it. I explained him that application right before me ***298 got RFE and mine ***299 untouched.. He said they are going in order in which they are received.

All these requests and inquiries and even contacting senator does not do anything to the case.. :(ranting33va.gif
