At 2pm today I got an email from USCIS. OMG, as I was reading it I knew what it was all about. Weeks ago I had noticed that we didn't include a letter of Intent to Marry. I got an RFE. But that's OK. I'm READY and as soon as I get the hardcopy I'm overnighting it.

EVENTHOUGH IT'S AN RFE. I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY.

I just checked numbers ahead of me. Case right before me was touched today! I'm ***299 and ***298 was just touched today (RFE) and ***297 is I-129f also still same thing: "transferred and is now being processed." Everything else - 400 cases behind and ahead of me are child request and work visa extension. Only 3 I-129F cases including mine ***297, ***298 (Jun19th RFE), ***299 (me).

I guess its a good thing or... not.
