great news LovenHope smile.png hope you get your approval very soon! smile.png

can I ask something - I just now registered on the site for my updates since my attorney got back to me and said he doesn't register his cases that way as he finds the info isn't always accurate. It says my file was last touched 5/30 which is the day after I was transferred to Texas. Does yours say that your account was touched since the transfer? just trying to see if that means anything...TIA smile.png

Hi,

Mine says 05/30 also. I think that everybody that got transfered and still not approved has the same date on it.

:-)

Greetings all... I haven't yet written anything but I've been reading all of your comments and wanted to update you that we got out NOA2 last night via email around 12:15AM EST after having been transferred to Texas last month. It was one of the greatest moments yet and we feel so fortunate. Everyone hang in there and thanks for your work here and through your representatives!

Hi people, i know this has turned very ugly and random but im wondering if this is normal, my NOA1 is from Dec-06-2012 and I'm still waiting for any news since the transfer to TSC, I already called it in to be expedited but I would like to know what you all think.

thanks!

they approve the petitions randomely. Our Noa1 is dec 5th and still no Noa2. But hopefully soon :)

Contacted the ombudsman last week got the generic reply

"Thank you for contacting the CIS Ombudsman Office. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you are facing because of the delay in the processing of your I-129F petition. While we sympathize with you and understand your frustration, there are times when workloads from one USCIS office are shifted to another office to speed up the processing. Such is the case where the Vermont Service Center has recently shifted a lot of its I-129F workload to the Texas Service Center (TSC) for faster processing. The TSC requires adequate time to review and adjudicate your case and this process must be allowed to work. Please allow some time for this processing to complete."

Useless! Hopefully I get some good news soon.

we also contacted our congressman and it seemed helpful but heard nothing back since 1 1/2 weeks 'cause "lucky us" he's running for senator in october and seems like his office has THIS on their mind now...really disappointing ... the Ombudsman we also contacted and next week we should hear back from our service request. BUT I'm really happy that TSC is moving and am kinda positive again that a lot will be approved by this week.

More happy again, cause it seemed that we've found our ceremony spaaaace, yeeees!! :D

Thanks lovenHope23. Good luck everyone :)

Simon_yw: No, I got an email from my Senator. They got in touch with Texas.. and they said that its with an adjudicator and that I should hear something today or next week!!

No, no service request. Just contacted my Senator. They contacted the Service Center. If you dont have a Senator, you should get one if it has been long. I started when I was at the five month mark. Trust me guys, they give you lots of info than us. IF we call USCIS, they wont give us additional info, but Senator/Congressmen are authorized to know more than us!

What does iSO stand for and how can we talk to such a person?

I think ISO = Immigration Services Officer. Call the USCIS customer service line and either try to be nice and direct them to transferring you to a Tier 2 (ISO) representative, or just ask to be transferred to a Tier 2. They are required to transfer you if you ask to be transferred, so if you're trying to be nice and it's not getting anywhere just say you want to be transferred.

From what the ISO said it looks like they have a separate system that they use to track applications; she specifically mentioned logging into another system while talking to me. That other system was where she was able to find out it had been assigned to an adjudicator.
