Yea, nothing today. I think a lot of times the approvals are entered in the system and are then we get notified a little later in the evening. So I'm hoping for a wave of activity tonight!!! :)

I was expecting massive approval wave today, but still nothing right? Until when is the working ours for the approvals??

TSC does not seem to mark the approvals in their email system until very late in the evening or early in the morning, so look tomorrow for today's approvals as people need time to receive them and go update the timelines.

1/4/13 - I129-F Sent | 1/8/13 - Received by USCIS
1/10/13 - NOA1 to VSC | 1/11/13 - Text/Email | 1/17/13 - Hard Copy Received
1/16/13 - Alien Registration Number changed
5/24/13 or 5/29/13 - Case Transferred to TSC
7/2/13 - NOA2 from TSC! (173 days from NOA1) | 7/6/13 - Hard Copy Received
7/18/13 - Shipped to NVC | 7/26/13 - Received at NVC and case number assigned
7/29/13 - In transit to consulate | 7/31/13 - Received by consulate
8/20/13 - Medical - Passed | 8/21/13 - Interview - Approved!

Since it changed to 5 months I put in a service request and it went through. Hopefully that does something good! At the very least when we call now they can't say October 15, 2012 still.

I called the toll free number again today and again the representative was rude and she continued to say that the processing time is 8 months and not 6 months. I told her that she didn't know what she was talking about so i asked her if could give me to tier-2. She hesitated but insisted and she told me the tier-2 would tell the same thing and i said that was fine. I left my number for them to call back because the waiting time was 2hrs. Well the finally called back and it looked he had spoken to me back in February. He said my application should have been approved by now so he was sending email to the service center asking them to approve my application quote " as soon as possible". He gave me a case number to call within a week if i don't hear anything.

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Hey guys!

These last two days i couldnt be followung the forum as i use too! I just came bacjfrom the states back to spain from visiting my fiance fiance for two weeks. Reading this last couple of post s ddidnt help me at all to feel better...

Is so difficult...

How are they back at 5 months and we still not having our approvals...

Im starting to get soooooooooo mad.....

Guys, help! Should iput a service request ASAP?

My fiance thinks that is better if we just follow the process but im just burning on the inside!!!

It has to behim to put the request right???

Cant stand at this situation anymore!!!!!
