I got the email at 10:16 and then checked the website and it says post decision activity. Two cases after my number (not including the RFE) were approved tonight -- they had the same status I did 35 minutes ago!

OMMMMMGGGG Everybody my petition was approved. i just got the email at 10 15pm. I cannot believe it. I posted earlier about another petition and now mine. Thanks to everyone who posted on here and helped answer questions about this transfer process.

If anyone has questions, let me know. i was scared i would get an rfe but thankfully none. smile.png)

I just checked the 5 before and after my number and one of them got approved tonight too! This is exciting, hopefully it keeps up all week!

December 31, 2012: Petition received

January 2, 2013: NOA1

January 8, 2013: Officially engaged <3

May 30, 2013 : Transferred VSC to TSC

June 26, 2013 (175 days) : NOA2

July 22, 2013 (26 days) : Sent to NVC

July 30, 2013 : Arrived at NVC

July 30, 2013 (8 days) : Received case number

August 9, 2013 : Fiance received packet 3

August 15, 2013 : Medical

September 26, 2013 : Interview : AP additional medical information needed

October 11, 2013 : 2nd Medical appointment

October 31, 2013: 2nd Medical report picked up by Embassy courier

November 21, 2013: 2nd Medical report received and our case with with an officer for review

January 17, 2014: Refused (found inadmissible)

I feel like with my NOA 1 2013-01-18 I am under the last ones that got transferred. I saw some people with an earlier NOA1 not being transferred. So I guess this means I still have to wait a long time - I kinda get super frustrated right now and then I realize you all prob. wait already way longer then me. On Igors list,I saw two people with an earlier NOA 1 date getting NOA2 (2013-01-14 and 2013-01-07 ) Do you think these two where also transferred? Awww I guess I am just super super sad and frustrated today.(hitting the 5 months mark now).. I hope you all who have waited way longer then me and got transfered will get the long waited NOA2 today!!!

I know how you feel. Soon we will hit 7 months mark . And btw we sent our petition on november 6 , but our lawyer made big delay in sending it and our reciept day is 12/5/12 , so we acctually wait 8 months from sending the documents. And if it wasnt this delay made by our lawyer , we would be approved till now. So understand my dissapointment . And of course they don`t do cases by order , i see it , but still happy that at least our group is moving ahead .
