It's kinda laughable.... Really... But laughing now is hard to do cuz I am tired of this situation

I just got off the phone with senator Blumenthals office..

The good news is my petition had landed at the tsc. Did you know it goes through another little journey?..

It isn't just given to an adjudicator. It goes from and officer to then a supervisor that check that everything looks ok then if it passes the test... It goes to an adjudicator.

I asked when it might be Approved. She was told that I shouldn't expect it this week but maybe 3 weeks!!!!!

I then told her of this website and that 3 people had already been approved who filed after me!

She then said her standard line well we told them that the senator has an interest in my case.

I then reiterated to her the transfer fiasco... How feb folks at the vsc are being approved and that they made a mistake by transferring us while folks who have been waiting less time have approval.

She couldn't give a response but to say that they take cases in the order that they are received

I politely asked how is that my case is taken in the order that it was received

Then she repeated her standard line well we told them that the senator has an interest in my case.

She then added we can't send you case back to Vermont. I then said I am not asking for that!!!!!

So basically if I want change of system ... I need to rewrite this and they can forward to the uscis in Washington .

I asked about senator does she have an interest I this . She just said that he is working on immigration ... But we know what that means

So basically why she is doing her job well to update me. They are not there to push or make it better. They are there if something goes wrong... But things have gone wrong and they still don't push .. Just gently inform us of what the tsc is doing... She is doing her job as she has. Even told to do it... I appreciate the info because its more that the uscis customer can do but i thought when you call your rep representatives ... They were suppose to make a wrong right....... ( buzzer sound). Wrong Answer

I'm starting to feel like a nervous wreck waiting for this NOA2 to come in. I've actually had two dreams the past few nights about checking my phone and having an e-mail from USCIS saying it's been approved. Just feels like a never ending tunnel.

It really does mess with you after a while. Me and my fiance also played this game called Faster Than Light where you pilot a sci-fi esque space ship, and we unlocked one called "The Adjudicator". So we decided to call the crew "Vermont" "California" and "Texas". XD

I contacted our senator. Got the first response in the mail saying senator is interested in your case. Second response a week later saying VSC is processing Vermont case right now. And there is a lot people ahead of you.
