hello Guys!!!

i am new to this forum and and just started follwing this thread today....Thanks to all of you for sharing this information.

like most of you i am also a december 2012 filer with NOA 1 date of 12/17/12.

By the end of may i received a letter saying that my case has been transfered from VSC to TSC. And i was worried about that but you people had finally relieved me of that.

after reading all about last four/five digits i am still not fully able to grasp the significane of it .

I hope we all get our approvals soon, a very best luck to all of you and thanks again!

Good morning everyone, and yes a brand new week for all. I'm looking forward to seeing the next wave of approvals coming through. I did find a good read from a news article last month (http://dailycaller.com/2013/05/22/uscis-unions-fake-information-ignored-in-immigration-applications/), and what I found in it interesting was "Palinkas said that the agency’s 12 case-a-day quota system, which USCIS adjudications officers must meet". I, myself, knew there was a quota system from reading the interview on here from the ex-USCIS worker, but did not realize what it was until now.

Nice article, thanks. My favorite quote from Palinkas "USCIS has been turned into an ‘approval machine."

thanks for posting that article :) interesting number. I wish there was a way to know how many VSC people were handling I129Fs and how many are working on them at TSC. I wonder if any of the congressman would be able to find that out?

Good luck to everyone this week - hoping we see a ton of approvals this week! :)

Yes...good luck everyone. I'm a 12/05/2012 filer. and was transferred to Texas a while back. I come to this forum every day to see what is happening out there. Thank you to everyone for contributing information. I also called USCIS many times and spent hours of time on hold to get to L2. Also filed a service request and received response...stating the file was moved to Texas...totally useless. My Fiancé is in Brazil...and I asked L2 if moving to Texas would extend my/reset my case file time...they said that the case will be filed in the same order as if it were in Vermont; but in Texas.

I pretty excited with the verbiage of my case status 2 weeks ago " The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office...". This led me to believe someone was actually "Processing" to case and in a couple of days the approval (or response) would be coming...not the case. Nothing has changed in 2 weeks.

Good Luck to DEC & FEB this week.

BTW: last 4 digits of case number: 27652

good luck to everyone this week! i hope we all see everyone getting approved this week!! :)

I sent a request to my congressman just now, I hope having the senator's and congressman's offices inquiring about my case will expedite the process.

I have to say I feel really bad for the December filers that haven't heard yet when I've seen some cases from February approved, not only in CSC. This process is so frustrating at times - we were really hopeful we'd hear around now before we got transferred and found out VSC was so behind..I can only imagine the frustration for the December filers. :(

No offense taken .... My last four digits are 7913 received on dec 5 .... So does that mean there are over 7000 before me? 7000 cases were sent to tsc ... Just trying to understand my number

For example Kari81 has a receipt number lower than me but she file later .... I'm confused

Angelina,

I, too, don't really get this assigned number at all. As you said your last 4 digts are 7913 and you are dec 5 filer. Our last 4 digits are 1332 and I'm dec 13th filer. Only USCIS would know about this. Anyway, i'm hoping for the best. Wishing good luck to all of you!!

You guys are awesome for sticking around and showing your support even though you were approved.star_smile.gif I am DEC4 so hopefully the next wave of approvals will be the early DEC filers since we are seeing Mid-Dec filers being approved. Also, all the approvals may not have VJ account so maybe there were more but it helps to know that the cases are moving along.

Happy Monday and good luck to all this week. I am feeling a little more positive this morning, because I sent in a request to my U.S. Representative over the weekend and I received a call from her office first thing this morning that they're on the case! Let's hope this brings some more answers... I'll post anything I find out, of course.

I agree. Everyone has been awesome. This process would be so much more scary, confusing and lonely without the support and information all the VJers are providing. So thank you to everyone and good luck for this week!
