Idk wher my i130 is either. They tell me 3 difrent story evrytime i contact them. Dey had it since may 31 2012

Lucky you... I don't think most of us have received a letter by mail as of yet... I figured that letter would tell you where your case was transferred to? or maybe not...

The letter had no body

At the top wher it say type of notice,they put transfer notice. Dats all the letter said

But wen i check the site,it say dat it was transfered to uscis for proccesing,once dey done theyll let me knw by mail of there decision,approval or not,n if they need something from me...

I applied for my husband since 2011

We in 2013 almost 2014 n he still not out

Hi All. We just received the same email. According to an immigration attorney this is an unprecendented action. My hope is that this will simply lead to a quicker approval than than the VSC is capable of giving currently. But I wonder if these local field offices are prepared to do this type of visa quickly and efficiently??? I am calling my Representatives later today. And also the main USCIS inquiry number. I will post any information I get.

Stay positive and let's hope we all get our approvals very, very soon!

I had a dream last night that the newbies at the tsc are still doing our files but they used different wording .lol

My lawyer said the same thing ... Unprecedented ... I am still going to see what this means through my senator and congressman...

I am calling USCIS now, hopefully I can get a tier 2 rep in the next 2 hours before I have to go to work... I can't believe I am back in Vermont... does anyone know if the VSC and the St Albans office are the same?

I got the notice on Friday (24th) and Yesterday (29th). I just put my number into USCIS.org and it has the same message it had yesterday, but with today's date?

On May 30, 2013, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.

But yesterday it said May 29, 2013. I haven't got a text message or email, yet (today - I did on the previous two updates).

My last date is May 29. I don't have notice for 30. I didnt get e-mail nor sms for any of this, i only got my NOA1 on e-mail. I wonder why they don't send me on e-mail?
