I did. It's unchanged on the web site. You just put in receipt number to see if it is touched, right?

No You sign into your account. After you sign in and scroll down you will see this..note where it says "LAST UPDATED" when a file is "TOUCHED" the date will change. Sometimes this happens even though the status of you case hasnt changed.... SO sign in and see if the "Last updated" has changed

Still has my last updated as June 8th. That was when they updated my fiancee's name. It was missing the last letter.

I keep refreshing haha.

With all due respect you are incorrect. in two weeks I will be at 7 months. Not a fair observation 5 month mark........

CONGRATS!!!!!

I said many - not all. If January filers get approved, they are at 5 months. Others will be close to that.

Just got off the phone with my senators office and he said they told him I was approved today!

I haven't got a text, email, or update on the web site yet. I'll keep you guys posted.

I was just so excited I had to share.

Our congressional representative just replied back to us saying that we have been assigned an adjudicator.

I can believe it, but it annoys me to no end. It's exactly the same kind of rubbish CSC did last year, ignore July - November filers then go crazy approving December to get back within processing times.

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Whaddya mean? We messaged them asking if we've been assigned an adjudicator as some VJ people have reports saying they have, she replied back saying "Your case has been assigned an adjudicator". Not that it's approved yet, though I wish she did!

Oh and not to say "I told you so" to all of the CSC filers who said VSC was "slow but steady" and did them in order but.. no, they don't. They pull exactly the same kinda ####### CSC did and I've always said that.
