I know...I would be more of a believer if there was another filer coming forward.... It would mean a great deal....

I scanned through receipt numbers and did find one near mine that had an RFE issued today! However, the rest of them I looked at still have the standard transferred message.

Just a heads up guys from out west here...

CSC doesn't send their emails until well after everyone has left home from work. Usually approval and RFE notices don't start rolling in until 9 or 10 PM Pacific time, which is 12 to 1 AM your time. I know that VSC does it differently and earlier, so I just wanted you all to be aware of that because TSC might do it the same as CSC - late, and super late Eastern time. So don't get discouraged if you don't see more during the day. . Hopefully the first RFE is a good sign of more to come!

By just typing in numbers at the USCIS case lookup website until you get some I-129fs. People do that because often the numbers near yours are in the same box processed by an adjuctator on a given day or week.

Cases within eight numbers below mine have been processed. None of the were for fiancee visas Mine is EAC**********538 and EAC******** 529 has already been adjudicated. I wonder if this is good news? I am a Dec 13th filer. Perhaps not.. cases transferred to a local office below mine seem to have not been processed

See they have started to adjudcate just like the senator said... Congrats once you give them the additional info you could be APPROVED SOON!@

I understand that the TSC people will still post in VSC for Igors list...maybe with a comment of it being at TSC?

Agreed Zooropa - Just before i saw your post I added a note that I had been transferred in the RFE field of my Timeline and it does show in Igor's List now. Maybe we can track each other that way for now..lol

And IO think someone asked about where to see (outside of USCIS hacking.. lol )

I too want to say Thank You for all the leg work, head work and hard work you have done! From the Hot updates to even the little tidbits from yourself and others who are diligently and positively working for answers and information on our cases. Thank for each of us wondering and waiting all the information provided is priceless in times like these!

Honestly it's what helped me determine that it will be awhile before our actual Interview even if we are approved this week! So that gave me the confidence to go ahead and book a flight.. lol (Backwards as that sounds.. that "bad news" is Good news and lets me go forward making choices from a place of some peace.. lol)

So "Thank you" about 300 times.. at least.. lol
