I have a hot update!!!!!

I just received a call from Senator Blumenthals office. Apparently our petitions arenina warehouse 30 miles a away and are in intransit to the Texas facility. He is the catch for some reason they can only be transferred 50 petitions at a time!!!! So this will take a week. By next week we will be assigned an adjudicator. Once in the adjudicators hands.. They have 30 days to process it....we could get approval or rife before then but they have 30 days. I told her this was an injustice as vsc filers from feb have been approved. She says that the senators office has put in a complaint to the main office in Washington, D.C.

I asked her if there was a way to confirm that I had an adjudicator assigned to me case and shen said yes. She wants me to call her Monday. She feels confident I will have an adjudicator then.

Sigh

Did they say 50 petitions or 50 boxes? 50 petitions is ridiculous, that means they'd only be doing like 1 box per time. Is someone sticking it in the boot of their car and driving it up there?!

When I read our petitions were in a warehouse I got a quick flash of the ending to Raiders of the Lost Ark....

This is cool. Hope its true! 30 days so that would put my petition at almost exactly 5.5 months. Vermont's original processing time! I hope we all can hear some good news soon!

QueenOfBlades and I just got another response from our congressional representative. She received a pretty standard reply. Basically stating the confirmation that Texas has our petitions and they are "committed to processing these petitions in an efficient and timely manner" and to contact them if we haven't received any adjudication within 45 days from now.

I decided to just book a flight to the DR... may as well make the best of it and earn some skymiles...

I read on one thread a lady visited her Fiance and when she returned her Petition was approved!!!

That's what I intend to see now, since my flight is booked... Approvals for EVERYBODY NEXT WEEK!!

~ Jan ??,2013 ~ Service Center ~ Vermont I-129F Packet sent

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)
