Guys, i think its best that we all become a big group (DECEMBER FILERS) and start signing things to make our processing go faster in Texas. This is becoming out of hand and its starting to seriously ruin my life. My fiance is in another country waiting for his approval and interview. Im starting to get really upset. This is really messed up how they are running down to Feb and March filers at VSC.. what did we do wrong? If there is something that I can do, as an individual, please let me know.

I also had my wedding planned for August :((((

Contact your senators/congressmen.. Do whatever you can. I have my Senator involved. I feel so bad for everyone that has been transferred.. Its almost 2 1/2 weeks now.. and they are STARTING to train them.. comeee onnnnnnnnnnn

Everyone who has filed for K-1 should sign that petition and if they all get family and friends to sign we can reach that goal of 100,000 signatures. Regardless of whether your petition is in Texas, California or Vermont

Ok, and its for people that were transferred ? Sounds good. I'll take a look at it. I wish we had the I129F AT LEAST listed on the Texas Service Center chart. Now we have no idea how long it will take. Im starting to feel like they tried to get rid of us to get higher processing rates.. just like other service centers.

Who created the petition (White House petition not I-129f smile.png)? It would be nice if the explanation was expanded a bit to put the focus on the I-129f petition processing times. Also a link to this forum might be useful with a summary of the ignorance of USCIS customer service and how petitions are being processed unfairly out of order.

This is what it say..

K1 processing times and disorganization with USCIS

The disorganization and processing times regarding the K1 visa (129f) need to be addressed immediately. Thousands of people are putting their lives on hold and can't even choose a wedding date thanks to the long waits we have to endure while receiving no information for months and months. Thousands of petitions are moved around the country. Service centers remain stagnant for months and months and yet we still remain uninformed. People should not be punished for applying for visas legally.

Of course we all need to get our senators and congressmen involved in this to help resolve our current predicament, and help get things moving. Perhaps enough calls from the big guys and we will start to see some action, but I don't see any movement until these people are trained. I can't imagine training taking more then 2 weeks but you never know. Simliar to you I had some plans in the works too, mainly for her arrival here, but this just reminds us that any permanent plans should be waited on until they are actually here. Lets keep our spirits high, and keep working towards our goal of coming together. We shouldn't let it ruin our lives either, after all you are doing everything in your power to change the situation. Just keep at it, and keep looking forward. We are here now, and we must deal with it.

We need to ask our politicians not to just give us an update on texas( which is all they have been doing) BUT to ask them to push them to make change!!!!
