Hmmm they gave me the impression that they sent it to Texas .. I should get a response soon... They said two weeks by mail I should get a response and that would mean tomorrow ..

I noticed on the Referral number at the end it had VSC did your's say the same or TSC? Not sure if this would make a difference... dry.png

So I'm about to submit a privacy act release for to my congressman and on a note it said

"a confessional inquiry can be made only after you have schedules na appointment with the USCIS through informs and you have waited 90 days for USCIS to resolve the matter."

So does that mean they can't help me? I'm doing this because I already sent them an email about this matter last Wednesday and haven't received a reply from them yet

I'm from Texas.

Calling my Congressman tomorrow here in Georgia! We have to push from all corners of the States!!!


Darn I didn't get the number .... I will have to see if its tucked in my papers for that day ....

Ok keep me posted and so will I. Thanks for all your help. I got a print out from the officer maybe if you call they might give you the referral number USCIS has it. :)

How do you know it was tranffered pettition?

I just send them a PM to ask.

I hope so , but i dont believe they started to work on our cases.

11/14/2016 had tried to put service request - unsuccessful

The timeline shows someone at TSC got approved today, hope it's one of the transferred petitions.

Sent them a PM. Said they were transferred from TSC to CSC.

Never were in VSC

yeah and they were late January so would ve been a huge surprise. I don't know but each new day I'm more positive of an approval. I think thats the only thing we can do anyways. I think most transferred people have contacted their congressmen offices and that's amazing from each of us cause we speak up and not am silent. I hope thats gonna make a difference soon and that they start processing our files this week. I still think that we might have the luck that we're gonna have priority at NVC....I heard transferred petitions from last year had it after they were transferred. I cross my fingers for everyone and I hope that we'll see approvals cause that would give us so much Hope!!
