Thanks.

I have a telephone appointment with them Tuesday. They are following up with them tomorrow and will let me know how far they have progressed... I expect to news tuesday... :)

Hi Chris

I have a telelphone appointment with Blumenthals office tuesday. The caseworker there is calling the Texas service center tuesday morning and will update me. Please contact me privately and we can stay in touch!!! I will mention your name too tomorrow so she knows there are least 2 Connecticut residents that want results!!!

THANK YOU!

Angelina

Hi Everyone, I am a new member here and found this site when I googled "I129 Transfer from VT to TX" My Visa was one of those transferred from VT to Texas. I was so happy late in May when after months of hearing nothing to be receiving text messages, emails and finally the deflating letter that my case wasn't nearing approval...it had been moved.

Angelina, I am also from CT and called Blumenthal’s office Friday. I am still waiting to hear back from his office via email.

I have a question, where are you all seeing approvals being made by various offices? This must be a website I have not seen yet but I would love to start tracking the Texas approvals when they begin.

My fiancée has a low A- alien registration number and my case was received in VT on Dec 12. The status update online said that at this stage of the process they are performing background checks. I suppose that is the same auto generated message you all received.

Thanks for this great site and good luck to you all this week!

Chris

Angelina,

i was just looking at my 2 NOA's that i received and the first one for VSC does not say anything about how we will be notified. AND the 2nd NOA from Texas says "that office will notify you of subsequent action taken on this case".

So, im thinking that anything goes in our case Angelina, we could be notified any way. We need to keep positive.

Isn't tomorrow(tuesday) the day to contact back to your senator and see about your case? That office seemed to think you would be approved before tomorrow...we still have many hours left in this day, who knows, anything can happen!!!!

Carol

Mine says in the Case status online

Initial Review

The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

Yours doesnt say we will be notified by mail>?>>>>>

Angelina, i was looking at the hard copies that i received in the mail, which is the official response from the USCIS.

Those are not from the website.

So, no, my letter did not say you will be notified by mail on my NOA from Texas.

My website response says exactly what yours says.

Guys another question, on the status check online.. when it says "you will be notified by mail"... does that mean that we wont get any updates on the check status tool? And that we have to wait for a paper copy of NOA2 In the mail??? Urghhhh. :/

that CSC is faster we know since weeks but that VSC is approving end of January, end of February petitions while we are waiting for 3 months more is like a slap in the Face..........

Whoever made the decison to transfer our applications to TSC was on some form drugs when he/she made the decision. No matter how one looks at it, it just made no sense. I won't be surprised if any moment from now we receive a text again that the applications are back to VSC again.
