Keep your chin up guys. Remember, they were telling your congressmen that K-1 adjucators were being trained. They wouldn't do that if they were not planning on processing them. So I believe it will happen very soon.

Realize it probably takes time to receive all the thousands of petition packets, organize them, scan them, assign them, etc. And this is on top of training and delegating adjucators at a center that never did them before. I know it is very hard to wait, and every day of non-activity is grinding and only feeds fear, but try and be patient. I believe it will happen soon and you'll get to breathe a sigh of relief. :)

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

July 8, 2013 ~ RFE Hardcopy Rec'd (Requesting Signed/Original "Intent to Marry within 90 days of Arrival" letter from both parties.)

June 19, 2015 - Received "Welcome Letter" via U.S Mail <3 Gracias a Papa Dios!!!! Thank you, God!!

Ok...but has anyone spoken to the Dec approval from VSC?? 12/5....they may be a TSC transfer...I sent a message to them...

I m online with my phone but their profile said Texas and the VSC so I'm excited since I felt like they started the transfer with either dec 5th or dec 6th

Even after the letter stating my case is in Texas... the USCIS Customer Service Rep's are telling me VERMONT!!! ClockWatch2.gif 1st Vermont, then local office, then Texas in Letter than Vermont on the phone... lol I'm just laughing and smiling at this point that is all I can do. Man... get your stuff together people! He said I can get transferred to a Tier 2 when I call back in 30 min because they are doing maintenance on their transfer line. And it's not allowing him to do a service request because I still have 72 more days to reach not normal processing times... Eh. Huh O_0

Are these cases documented on their end or just recorded I wonder... for the next rep to look at any notations... ???

In a way I hope they are still at VSC....because if they are TSC...and only one was approved, that would be a terrible start....CSC blasted out 20-30 per day right out of the gate....I am hoping for the same action...a ton of them done right away...otherwise, why move them if the rate remains 5 a day?

Am I the only one who sees the Feb approval that says Texas? Whats up with that???

probably just someone that didn't put CSC or VSC as their service center since the petitions first been sent to Dallas.

But don't think they have anything to do with us since they only transferred december and january files.

I filed December 2012. Still nothing. Also got that transfer notice.

Basically USCIS just screwed us over big time!

Contacted my senator & congressman last night via email. Waiting for reply.

7/29/13- Case Arrived at Embassy

7/31/13- Packet 3 Received (completed and sent back in 5 days)

1/16/14- Interview Assigned

1/21/14- Interview

2/03/14- Visa Issued!!

4/09/14- Entry into America (JFK)

4/23/14- MARRIED in local courthouse

4/29/14- AoS packet completed and mailed

5/02/14- NoA for AoS received

5/09/14- Biometrics Appointment Notice Received

6/04/14- Biometrics Appointment

7/30/14- EAD/AP Combo Card Received in Mail
