3 petitions before my case number weren't transferred and they had the same alien registration change number as me. So maybe they also skipped some..

Well it could be that our files were already distributed to agents, and when it came to send some away they only took Dec - Jan from certain agents.

[March 2012] Met online on Christian Mingle [November 27th 2013] AoS sent
[June 25th 2012] Met in Person in London!
[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!

[August 8th 2013] Packet 3 sent (before received)

[August 9th 2013] Packet 3 received
[August 13th 2013] Medical

[August 16th 2013] CEAC updates - London logs my medical results

[August 20th 2013] - CEAC update - London logs my packet 3

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

I'm really happy for everyone who gets approved. It's just pretty tough to see that first december filers from CSC were approved 2 months ago and now the Service center we've been at, approved filers that filed their petition almost 2 months after us.

~ Jan ??,2013 ~ Service Center ~ Vermont I-129F Packet sent

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

I wonder if someone moved west and reapplied for the visa...if they would get it sooner than us?

Well!! For starters...

1) Unlike MANY MANY People in this world... We each have found ONE person in this world we LOVE, respect, desire and have a strong enough foundation that we felt compelled to spend the rest of our lives with them...

2) That this Love is so great that we are willing to trust, wait, cross miles, oceans, borders, barriers.. JUST to be with them. wub.png

3) We DO have the opportunity to bring our Loves TO US.. rather than go live in another country... in many cases a Third World country quite possibly riddled with corruption that threatens your personal safety or theirs.

4) That EVERYTHING happens for a reason, whether it is made clear to us in this moment or not. (for me I trust that God is navigating Our Petition to the right hands to approve it the fastest and easiest! secret7vf.gif)

5) All things arrive in their PERFECT Divine Timing... Nothing is ever truly lost or stolen... For whatever reason we each of us were brought to this path (of being transferred) and it will work out as it should and we will grow and become better for having made this journey.

6) For me I have already met some pretty nice people who I feel I have commonalities with who DO make these moments better, just by being there in it with. luv.gif

7) My Love loves me and I love him.. and sooner than the time we have been apart; we WILL be approved and he will return with me and Our "Happily ever after" which has already begun.. can be lived Full-Time in real life... and these few "days" be it 180 or 80 or 250 will pale in comparison to the multitude of years and millions of mini-moments of love, joy and happiness that we will have together.. and THAT Thought alone keeps me steadfast and focused on our goal... togetherness.

As my Baby said recently... I love you more than anything... and that is all that really matters... the rest is just details.

8) And just in case this isn't enough lol.... the quote on my monitor at work...

Forget all the reasons it won't work out...

Just believe and have Faith in the ONE reason it will...
