I really hope so! We all need something GOOD today so that we will be staying positive. I really am positive about everything but it has to happen something this week!! smile.png

I just looked on my timeline since I changed the service center to TSC...but actually don't know if it was a good idea since it seems it's really beyond inaccurate..."Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between April 23, 2013 and May 16, 2013*." LOL

Do not switch timeline to Texas. Not only is the TSC timeline extremely inaccurate (as TSC doesn't usually process K1 visas and most of the TSC cases in the timeline here are people that are just confused and put in TSC because they mailed the petition to Texas), but you are also screwing up the VSC timeline by making it seem like there are less petitions that were filed there. It clearly says in the timeline that you should put it to the original center and keep it there even if you're transferred.

I'm residing in Houston and I got the "transfer" text/email too

Id like to contact my congressman/Senator to get their attention about this matter but I'm not sure who exactly to email. Anybody can help?

Well this is your congressmen:

and these are your Senators

Now if you are the petitioner put a bug in their ear, and if you are the beneficiary get your petitioner in gear :)

I respectively disagree... The vsc is minus 8000 partitions now because of the transfer ... If we keep our center as vsc it's is throwing off that timeline too.... Vsc has 8000 less petitions to adjudicate ...

Yes ... My senators office wants me to follow up with them next Tuesday ... That will be almost 3 weeks since the transfer ... I hope it happens before then because I do not like tha we have lost all ths time ... I will freak if I start seein feb petitions in vsc being approved and ours is still in Texas ....

The bottom line is TSC should start issuing NOA-2 and all these guessing games will end

I just think it would be funny if someone from CSC came here on a K1 visa with a December petition. Then got married here. Applied for adjust of status. got that approved within three month. Tried marriage for a couple of months. Didn't work out. Got a divorce. And yet, our loved ones are still not here yet!
