Let's all do a happy dance!!! I can't help but be excited about this!

I changed my service center but it still says vermont here...but it changed on my timeline...will it change eventually, does anyone know?

You need to change the service center in your timeline for Igors list. You need to change the service center in your profile for what appears when you post. Kinda dumb. I encountered the same thing.

I don't mean to damped everyone spirits, but the Alien Registration number is one of the first things that happens after the NOA1. My NOA1 was Dec 20th, and I received an email in early January (can't remember the date but i think it was Jan 2nd) indicating USCIS had assigned an alien registration number to my case. I can't speak for everyone here, but I've had an alien registration number assigned for many months, I just didn't know what that number was until I received the transfer letter on Saturday.

Ok THANK you so much... I'm glad someone who actually knows finally commented. I wasn't trying to start mass hysteria, just wondering because I didn't know when they were assigned. :) Thanks!

We met when Heather travelled to Egypt to be an au pair!

Too bad that Texas doesnt post processing dates for 129F visas on the USCIS site...we really have no idea now when we can possibly look for an approval, just go by what igors list says but that is not accurate as most of those apps are not posted correctly...

Im still very hopeful and excited that we will be approved soon!

I really hope you all get processed very quickly. I'd be bald by now if they kept moving me around like they are without much explanation.

I just wanted to let people know that the way Igor's list works is it figures all the people listed at a service center in a particular category (!-129F in this instance) and uses their past approvals to give an estimate for future approvals. Since TSC hasn't actually had many actual I-129F cases recently, most of the cases in the average for that center are based on people who never changed it when they filed at the lock box. I would say that the IGOR's list for TSC I-129F is probably not very accurate at the moment. As I said to start though, hopefully it doesn't really matter and that TSC has put you all at the top of their priority list. Honestly it wouldn't make any sense to transfer you if they weren't going to make your cases a priority. If they were just going to let them sit, they could have just as easily let them sit in Vermont.

Best of Luck to you all.

My dates change in my times too .. Last time I look it said June 10th

Angelina, you mean on your "timeline" it says another date now? Last time I looked it was between may29th-june22nd and now it says:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 22, 2013 and June 15, 2013*.

I read on the topic about Alien registration numbers that if you really get A# assigned than it is really a good thing. There is also explenation by one member there that we all got the same notice after noa1 that our alien registraion number has changed ..... but that was not true, becouse he contacted someone in USCIS and they told him that is like a mistake notice for all dec and jan filers i think. You may wanna serch that topic, it has been posted in january i just can't rememver the exact name od the topic.

Interesting. If anyone finds the older post, I'd be interested in reading it. I called the main USCIS customer service number after I received the notice in January that USCIS had updated my Alien Registration #. The rep told me that they simply assigned my fiance an alien registration number and there were no more updates. I'm not sure who said it was a mistake notice, but my experience was this was a legitimate notice and something fairly routine.
