Our lawyer sent the RFE response on July 15 , but till now no record in USCIS that they received it .

We asked to be sent by priority mail , but I don't think they did.

Does USCIS immediately record in website when they receive the RFE response ?

I sent my RFE by way of priority mail on 7/15/13, and i tracked it and it was delivered to the TSC post office box on 7/17/13 and i received an email for notification that TSC got our response on 7/18/13.

Hope this helps you....

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

Check your Embassy web site. I don't know about Italy - but in Ukraine the benificary downloads the forms from embassy web site now. They don't send them ( packet 3) to you any more.

Ok after getting a wired email two days I received an approval one that post office could not deliver the approval letter, which was wrong, I received the letter today. Well according to the letter, the approval is being sent to US embassy, in my case Ghana, but I thought it has to go to NVC first? Please friends, fill me in here. Is that case?

I could be wrong but on this forum it seems you can only edit or delete your post shortly after making it..then those options seem to disappear. I'm on other types of forums but this is the first one I've seen that way....

All, great news. Tonight I got notified that TSC sent my case to NVC.

NOA1: Feb 1

NOA2 (never actually received): July 6

Post-Decision Activity (sent to NVC): July 19.

Hang in there people! Hope this is helpful information to y'all.

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)
