For those recently approved. You need to contact your US Senator and Congressmen now. Have them check on the status of your approved case to make sure it gets forwarded to NVC in a timely manner

Hmm, sorry to see you from Dec still waiting. I thought TSC was done with the first batch of transfers. I guess they still have some cases left. Don't know why they would go on to the 2nd batch of transfers before finishing the first one.

Please update your timeline, when I looked at it I thought of course you don't have a case number since your timeline shows no NOA2.

If you got your NOA2 on July 2nd, it shouldn't be much longer before NVC will have your case number. I have heard in a little as two weeks and for you, tomorrow will be 2weeks. So let's hope this week you get your case number

Good luck and let us know

NOA2 finally arrived in the mail. Looks like they didn't actual mail it until July 10th! That means they had it approved for a week before sending the hard copy out.

We got a call from the GA Congressman's office saying that our NOA2 was approved July 8. We still have not received a notification via email, text or post regarding this. I also just checked the USCIS website of our status and it still stands as "initial review". We lodged in Feb and and had our NOA1 on Feb 21. We were transferred to Texas from Vermont on the 28th June. We received the call from the Congressman's office on the 12th regarding our apparent approval on the 8th July.

I have seen a bit of a common trend recently with NOA2 approvals around the same time as us not getting confirmation or notification until a considerable time after. If we hadn't contacted the Congressman's office, we never would have known we were approved. The thing is - now we are approved it changes nothing at present as nothing has moved forward!

I am heading over to visit my fiance in the coming month and was hoping the packet and new paperwork to start the visa process would arrive soon, but i am doubtful at the rate things are moving that this will happen in time before i leave.

I am curious to know those that have received their NOA2 in the mail - how long it has taken to get your paperwork transferred and how long it took for you to receive your packet.

Doesn't the packet get sent to the beneficiary??? not the petitioner? And alot of the forms i think are downloaded of the computer...correct me if i am wrong, it is just my humble opinion...
