Transferred file from vsc to Texas got touched today!!!!!!

@ACAwan & H_M Mine was the same sat and sat and everything around had something then my RFE came... It was me with the RFE last night LovenHope23 had an Address change that wasn't really changed that later became an Approval.

When I spoke with a USCIS Tier 2 Officer last night she did let me know that the letter had not actually been mailed yet (though the website says it was) and that it is possible that it may be reviewed by a Supervisor and the RFE may be cancelled and I could be approved instead but that she could not see what specifically was being requested.

When I prepared my packet I made two additional copies of everything (Per VJ I-129F Guide!! ).. Photos and all to have "just in case". I also obtained shortly after the first NOA-1 I requested a copy of the entire package that was sent to USCIS so i would have it on-hand as well.

I read her off EVERYTHING I had included and she agreed it sounded intact.

So here's hoping I will return to an Approved I-129F when I get back Stateside!!! And all our RFE's will be overturned before they ever leave the building!!

@Kari81 - I am pretty sure you don't need to include the Birth Cert of your Fiance but we did and also had it translated into English.

my case is solid too Enigma.......cant figure out for the life of me why i got an RFE..............well, at least our cases were "touched"...............i have 2 full copies just as you do............

Congrats to all who got their NOA2s, especially LovenHope23 and vbtwo as I've been keeping my fingers crossed for you both.

RE: the birth certificate, we didn't send my (beneficiary) birth certificate off but we sent the petitioner's off, both sides along with scans of all the pages of my passport inc. stamps from the US POE, so I suppose if it was needed then that would have proved my UK citizenship anyway.

We didn't send off I-134 affidavit of support either as that's not needed till interview.

Mine too. In fact it was so heavy that I had to pay over $40. The only thing I didn't include is my fiance birth certificate and the affidavit of support. Did I have to include the birth certificates too? Hopefully I will get it this weekend or latest by Monday

No, only the USC birth certificate (or passport), not the beneficiary's one is needed. No need for affidavit of support either until the interview stage.

I only had the basic stuff in there that it says is a must on this site in the guide and got no RFEs.

Didn't send anything extra like proof of ongoing relationship or anything of the sort. Getting it together now for the interview.

Just the forms, letters of intent, and proof of meeting within 2 years (copies of passport, plane boarding passes, photos).

I pre loaded my application. I sent all my info, plus for Fiance: birth certificate, divorce certificate, Name change certificate - all with translations, 2 passport photos, her daughter birth certificate along with photo. Sent my financial info-134. I feel like I sent everything but kitchen sink. My NOA1 is 1-25. I am with 2nd batch of transfers, still waiting.

We sent everything bar the kitchen sink including relationship proof. Not that we needed to with London or that they're really interested, we just didn't want to leave any doubt and didn't want to have to go through all that in the interview. We'd heard if you pre-load it, especially in low-fraud consulates like London, it can make the interview easier with just a couple questions. We had Skype, e-mails, photos, everything.

What is this "Pre-loaded" of which you and Batallion9 speak Madam?? Not that it'll change anything now.. lol

Pre-load/front load is where you put loads of relationship evidence and tons of stuff in your initial I-129F petition as whatever is in that will be with the IO on the day of your interview and they look at it all a few minutes before your interview. Generally it's advised that people from MENA/high fraud countries do it, though we just decided to anyway. Why not, we thought. Saves us going through it all on interview day and if he looks at it and decides it looks bona-fide before he calls us up, it may make our interview easier.

no, the affadavit is for the interview, that is not needed now. i just dont get it, my case is solid, i sent in everything tht they asked for. well, at least our cases were "touched"

It could be anything. You will only know when you get the hardcopy.

That's what I thought with mine and then realized that I didn't include the intent to marry letters.

It could be as simple of you not putting "N/A" on a question.

Like you said at least it's touched. Hope that you get the hardcopy quickly to move on to the next step.

Just did a "last minute check" on all the number around mine and with the exception of two still stagnant petitions..

EVERY ONE of them now has an RFE...

Seems they figured out how to get around that whole "Out of Processing time" issue they had...

Maybe they just kick it back to buy themselves time...
