Transferred file from vsc to Texas got touched today!!!!!!

i think that there should be limited entry to certain posts here, keeping unwanted posts our of our little group...those folks are still in the same boat as us, just a different waterway now.(NVC)...but they are not upbeat like we are here...i was just reading some of it and it was quite depressing...not sure i will read that post after i get approved, maybe i will just wait the wait and see what happens.....any other people thinking that way??

ACAwan - could you maybe be making some generalizations here? not everyone is depressed in that stage - I've been trying to be positive especially knowing there are others from December and early January who have not even got approved yet..I also try to come in here and be positive as I'm still praying for you guys and hoping each night to be able to congratulate you guys...also, not everyone is upbeat in here every day either - i think everyone has their good days and bad days, no? so instead of starting a thread to exclude people, just ignore the negativity and celebrate the positive energy and feed on that . Just my humble opinion...and I really hope you get your approval soon!

So far, they have not started on 2nd transfers. They start with a NOA1 date around Jan 23/24. There may be a few around that date that were left at VSC. Today I read where a guy was complaining about VSC. He was a Nov filer still at VSC and no action still on his case.

It's like you can see WHICH Workers are working and which are dragging feet.. Check the dates of approvals... 2 (I guess easy ones) same date then one per day for the week then it starts again.. lol but some seem to approve one of their batch every week or so... sorted by NOA Date of course. RFE's seem to come the same way

Occasionally it seems there are certain stacks that start or finish with ONE from one NOA1 Date but the rest are all from another too... Yes I'm a Nerd... Yes I am letting my Geek Flag Fly.. lol

i dont think it is which person is working on what, i think it is more about which box of files they are working on

thats funny that you say "geek flag", my sister in law sells "freak flag" online, they are just plain and you decorate it however you want. she gave all of us in the family one and i decorated mine with playing cards, scrabble pieces and i cant remember what else i put on it......but they are cool!!!!!!!

last nioght there was alot of activity on my list of cases that i follow, of the 55 cases there are only 10 left with nothing done to them...last night 11 of them changed. mine is of the 10 unchanged...

@ACAWAN - It's all good... New Thread or following the Original thread doesn't bother me.. I like what i like and consider the rest just "Contrast" and "examples of how NOT to be" but as far as "repercussions"... If I lived my Life to suit everyone else .. I'd be a miserable heifer!! I believe and live by the creed that I owe it to myself and those around me to take care of myself and my needs first so that I can best contribute to their lives because I am already full-filled and do not place the responsibility for my happiness on the shoulders of nor at the feet of another...

And like AZSARA I will also be Out of pocket as I am going to visit my Fiance in the Dominican Republic... So I'll be away for the next week too!!

Are you showing "All Petitions" and sorting them by NOA Date? It could be boxes.. but if it were then it stands to reason that there would be multiple SAME NOA Date Approvals or RFEs.. but it's not.. It's Grouped. I even considered counting the number of files per "grouping" that is being worked" (knowing it is NOT a full and accurate accounting of # of files) but still the pattern. I count "actual work" so RFE's are the same for me as Approvals in this test case.

i believe it was lovenhope23 that got an RFE the other day and in the same day she was approved.......................my case is solid like hers, so im not sure why they put it at RFE......keep hope
