someone please respond.. i am shaking right now.... Please help me!! i see online users right now.. someone respond please.. has this happened to anyone?

Yes probably either approval or RFE on the way. I have seen other people get weird status updates like name change or address change and then either the same day or a few days afterward it changes to RFE or approved. They probably just hit the wrong key or something and can't undo the status change once it's set.

Personal Case Update:

Just checked site

RFE given today... showed up on site about 5pm EST.

i have a callback scheduled withUSCIS because I am meticulous about or packet and have aTWO EXACT DUPLICATE packets of everything I sent them!!

~ Jan ??,2013 ~ Service Center ~ Vermont I-129F Packet sent

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Feb 13, 2013 ~ Alien Number Changed/Assigned

Right now I'm in tears with you... but just before I broke... i had one thought...

Okay this basically means we are APPROVED!!! LOL and bbbooohhhooohoo

I'm gonna go shower and wait for our call back..

but Hey!! it's Movement!! its actual work being done!! and it seems 1 or 2 RFES are followed with a BUNCH of approvals!!

Your approvals are coming TONIGHT!! i command it! Mines about to get changed to an approval too!! This USCIS officer is going to change the RFE to an Approval in the same phone call!
